So, our friend is unable to go camping with us this weekend, so we will probably be postponing our trip until the weekend of may 21st. I am still excited!

Yummy...

Lately I have had several meals that looked so pretty that I wanted to share them, but I usually didn't have my camera nearby to take a picture. I mentioned to Adam that I wanted to post some pictures and possibly recipes but I could never remember to take pictures while dinner was still pretty- meaning, before we started eating. This meal was lovely, delicious, and beautiful. Also, my wonderful husband remembered to take a picture before we started eating last night.

The meal is lean beef sauteed with onion and garlic, steamed veggies and seasoned potatoes.
